This is the consultation page for the development at Abbotts Way and Chapelfields garage sites in Stanstead Abbotts, Herts. This consultation ran from Wednesday 3 March to Monday 15 March 2021 and is now closed.
About this scheme
Abbotts Way and Chapelfields garage sites are owned by Network Homes and are situated in Stanstead Abbotts, two miles from Ware and four miles from Hertford. The village is on the Hertford East Line with trains from St Margaret’s station to Liverpool Street station. Network Homes proposes to redevelop these sites to provide new affordable homes. The tenure mix may be subject to further consideration prior to the submission of a planning application.
A total 7 new homes are proposed across the two sites.
