Lower Bourne Gardens consultation (now closed)
This is the consultation page for the development of the garage site at Lower Bourne Gardens in Ware, Herts. This consultation ran from Wednesday 3 March to Monday 15 March 2021 and is now closed.
About the scheme
This garage site is located in Ware - a historic market town also regarded as a minor town centre. The town consists of green infrastructure including open spaces and river corridors and the railway station is on the Hertford East line. Network Homes proposes to redevelop this site to provide new affordable homes with three new homes. The tenure mix may be subject to further consideration prior to the submission of a planning application.
The indicative proposal is for a single 1 bedroom bungalow, one 2 bedroom bungalow and one 3 bedroom house.
