Construction apprenticeships with our partners

Network Homes' contractor partners are looking to recruit a new batch of apprentices in construction for people age 16 and older. They offer apprenticeships in a variety of trades through our regeneration schemes including electrician, carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, site manager, roofing and plastering.

Apprenticeships for construction are a very valid route into all sorts of different trades which can earn you great money in the UK. Construction and building apprenticeships are literally the bricks and mortar of the UK construction industry and will lay a solid foundation for your own career trajectory.

Building and construction apprenticeships jobs come in many forms, so you could end up working on a construction site. You can learn skills in high demand such as:

  • painting
  • joinery
  • bricklaying
  • plumbing
  • plastering
  • carpentry
  • masonry
  • shop fitting
  • and much much more.

Apprenticeships are widely available in the construction sector. As with all types of apprenticeships, they are offered at four different levels:

  • Intermediate - level 2, equivalent to GCSE
  • Advanced - level 3, equivalent to A-level
  • Higher - levels 4, 5, 6 and 7, equivalent to a foundation degree or above
  • Degree - levels 6 and 7, equivalent to a Bachelors degree.
