By doing an 18 month apprenticeship at Network Homes, you’ll gain experience in:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Working in a busy office environment
- Answering telephone enquiries from internal and external customers
- Supporting customers in exploring their housing options
- Day to day housing management.
The purpose of the role is to support and assist the business by providing first class customer service to internal and external customers. You’ll also build your knowledge about the housing sector and get a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
The apprenticeship at Network Homes focuses on learning in the workplace and there is the possibility of full time employment at the end of the apprenticeship.
