What do you do at Network Homes?

I’m the Head of Partnerships in our Development Department. I support the growth ambitions of Network Homes by working to secure larger strategic development opportunities including regeneration opportunities with local authorities and NHS Trusts.

What do you enjoy most about working at Network Homes?

I have worked in various roles at Network Homes over the last seven years. The people are fantastic and there is a real energy and commitment to solving problems and getting things done.

What makes Network Homes a great organisation to you?

Over the years, I have seen Network Homes go from strength to strength.  People come to work here because they want to make a difference and there is a lot of positive energy around the organisation. The organisation is ambitious and this encourages staff to go the extra mile to deliver. There is lots of investment in the people who work here, ensuring a consistent approach and culture through a range of training and development opportunities. I have recently been through a six month leadership course and had a 360 degree appraisal both of which were incredibly powerful in terms of my continuous personal development.

How has working at Network Homes helped you develop your career?

Since starting here in 2010, I’ve had numerous opportunities to stretch myself into new areas with greater responsibility. This is my fifth role at Network Homes and in each new role I’ve been really well supported.  I’ve overcome challenges and grown my skills and experience on the job. I’ve also had a range of professional and personal development opportunities including technical training, coaching, mentoring, management and leadership training.
