Our Leasehold Services team is key to all that we do, providing a high quality, value driven, customer focused service and working cross functionally with all areas of the business. We are recruiting a Leasehold Administrator, who will provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the work of our Leasehold Services team.

You will contribute to the development, maintenance and monitoring of systems, registers, records and databases for the storage and retrieval of data relating to leasehold services activities.

You can demonstrate the ability to use a range of IT applications, entering data onto spreadsheets and project management software and running standard reports to an agreed timetable. You will produce accurate and well presented documents within agreed turnaround times. The position will require your support in communication with internal and external customers and other stakeholders, ensuring relevant leaflets and forms are kept up to date and the website is updated as necessary, and the provision of phone and email cover for colleagues as required.

We would ask that applicants demonstrate strong evidence of providing administrative services in a diverse and complex environment, and also excellent IT skills.
