About the role
Are you a housing professional looking for a new challenge?
We are currently on the lookout for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract.
The role will be looking at addressing our façade works on Capital Way, Colindale. Our current RLO’s are managing a number of long-term and short-term decants and with the additional residents moving in we now require an additional RLO resource to help assist with this entire process. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the resident interface on the façade works.
You will be involved with getting stuck into briefing sessions and/or drop in sessions so our residents are able to understand how and when the works will take place as well as what the impact will be on their day to day lives. Their will be queries to resolve as and when they come in.
You will take joy from working in a customer facing role, showing empathy and care whilst dealing with our residents and have experience of decanting in a regeneration setting.

Please note, all interviews will be taking place via MS Teams due to the Coronavirus situation & this role requires a clean driver’s license with access to a car insured for business purposes and an enhanced DBS check.
