FREE home energy performance survey
We’ve partnered with Savills (UK) Ltd and Pivot Energy Services Ltd to carry out home energy surveys on properties with low Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings.
We’ve selected you to receive a FREE home energy survey as our records show that your home has a lower EPC rating compared to others in your area. To book your survey, please contact Savills on 0115 9227446 or click the link below to book online.
We’re committed to improving the energy performance of all the properties we manage and helping residents to lower their costs. A home energy survey is an assessment of your home that measures how much energy you and the people living in your home are using and identifies energy efficiency improvements. The survey is free of charge to residents with low EPC ratings, therefore you will not have to pay.
What’s in it for me?
Energy prices continue to rise, and we understand how challenging this can be. Improving the performance of your home will not only help the environment but can also lead to lower utility bills, saving you an average of £500 across five years (based on analysis carried out by Pivot based on average utilities bill).
The other benefits to taking part include:
- We will provide you with a personalised report on the findings, including information on how you could save money on your energy bills and reduce your energy costs.
- You’ll be doing your bit to reduce environmental impact while making your home a healthier place to live.
- As a thank you for your commitment, we’ll give you the option to enter a free prize draw to win an Amazon gift voucher worth £100. For every entry we get, we’ll put your details into an online generator and if you are successful, we will contact you by 31 October. We’ll provide you with more details about how to enter once we’ve completed the survey.
What to expect
On the day of your survey, two surveyors from Savills will visit your home at the time of your appointment. They will be wearing an identification badge and carry a copy of the letter we sent to you in the post about the home energy survey. They will spend around 90 minutes in your home as they will need to inspect every room and key components such as your heating system.
The surveyors will follow the Government's COVID guidance, including wearing a face mask, using hand sanitizer and maintain two metre social distancing, during their visit.

For us to complete the home energy survey, you will need to provide:
Your consent for us to share your data with Savills (UK) Ltd and Pivot Energy Services – They require your contact details to arrange the appointment and deliver this service. By registering for a survey, you consent to your contact details being shared.
Your consent for us to access and use your utility consumption data – To capture a full understanding of the seasonal performance of your home, we require records covering the previous 12 months. To assist us, Savills (UK) Ltd and Pivot Energy Services Limited will request your utility usage data from a third-party independent consultant. This information will be anonymised, solely used for this exercise and will not be shared outside of the scope of this project. Please download the Letter of Authority form and return the completed form to us at Get-Involved@networkhomes.org.uk. Alternatively, a surveyor will provide you with the Letter of Authority to sign when they attend the appointment.
Copies of your last 12 months’ gas, electric and water bills – We need this information to complete a full analysis of your home’s energy performance. You can provide hard copies of your utility bills to the surveyor on the day of your survey, or you can email electronic copies before or after your survey to admin@cc_ltd.co.uk.
