Quayside House residents meeting
Residents' meetings are your opportunities to meet with your neighbourhood team, find out updates about the services you receive from us and also ask or raise any issues you may have with the management of your home and building. Sometimes we will hold the meetings virtually on Microsoft Teams and sometimes we will hold them in person at a location close to your home. These meetings will be hosted by your London Neighbourhood Management, Asset Management or Leasehold teams (if your scheme is mixed tenure).
We understand Building Safety may be a concern for you. We have a designated Building Safety Team who are working to provide dedicated webinars to affected blocks. This will be a dedicated time for the team to provide updates and discuss any issues and concerns you may have.
Online meetings: On the day, you can join the event as an attendee via Microsoft Teams by clicking on the link below. Please remember only residents who live at Quayside House can attend this Resident Meeting.
In person meetings: We will provide you with the venue details to the meeting prior to it talking place. All you need to do is attend the meeting on the day at the venue.
Date and time of meeting
Your residents' meetings will be held on:
Wednesday 1 February 2023, 6pm to 7.30pm,

We understand at times residents may wish to discuss individual queries with our teams but we're often unable to share information in a public forum due to data protection or time available. If you'd like to speak to a member of staff regarding a particular query you can request an appointment towards the end of the meeting to focus on your query with the relevant Officer.
A member of the Resident Engagement Team will then contact you prior to the scheme meeting with an appointment.
Accessing online events
To access the online event, we suggest you either download the Teams app on desktop, tablets or mobile devices or join via the Teams web version instead using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
