Sheldon Square - Baltic Wharf Development
We have been informed of the proposed Baltic Wharf development and have been keeping regularly updated on the concerns of residents at Sheldon Square.
Network’s policy is to only comment on planning applications where Network’s commercial interests are at stake. We’ve looked closely at this case and determined that this application does not meet this threshold, so we won’t comment as an organisation. This does not affect any other statutory or contractual rights that we may have in relation to a development, all of which we will defend on a robust basis, as appropriate.
However, we strongly encourage residents to engage with the planning system and make their voices heard in decisions about their local area. And we advise that in any case the voices of many local residents will have far greater weight than a single organisation.
Residents can influence the outcome of the application by clicking here to post a comment on the Westminster website. Alternatively you can send to the following:

Contact email addresses are as follows for the case officer Rupert Handley and also for the admin team. It is best to use both addresses.
We will follow the progress of this proposed development with interest and we wish residents luck in influencing their local community.
