Get Ready for Work - One day webinar

People have been affected by the pandemic in many different ways, especially in terms of employment. We know that many of our residents have been struggling financially as a result of the pandemic and many have lost their jobs. To support our residents with finding employment, we’re partnering with construction consultancy company, Baily Garner and are organising a one-day employment webinar on Wednesday 21 July, 10am to 2.30pm. The event is free. 

The one-day webinar will consist of sessions covering different parts of the job search journey from how to write a winning CV to preparing for an interview. It will be interactive, so to get the most out of the day, you'll be expected to have your camera on and actively participate. The session will also be recorded for those who are unable to make it. 

Those who attend the full day will automatically be entered into a prize draw where you could win a Get Ready for Work package worth almost £1000 which will include a laptop, PC monitor, a one-year subscription to Office 365 and accessories.
