Report a repair

You can report a non-emergency repair online via our resident self service portal or by phoning us on 0300 373 3000. Alternatively, you can use our online repair form.

When you report a repair, please:

  • give us your name, address and contact details
  • describe the repair you need in as much detail as possible
  • give the dates and times when someone will be at home to let our contractors in.

Emergency repairs

If your repair is an emergency, please phone us on 0300 373 3000.

We aim to fix emergency repairs on the same day.

Emergency repairs are situations where there is a risk to someone’s health or safety, a home is not secure, or there is damage that is rapidly getting worse.

Non-emergency repairs

You can now use our new Self Service Portal to report your non emergency repairs online. You will need to set up an account and you will be able to view your current and previous repair requests, as well as updates on communal repairs in your building.

There are two types of non-emergency repairs: urgent repairs and general repairs.

Urgent repairs are repairs that need prompt action but where there is no immediate risk to your health and safety.

General repairs are repairs that will take some time to complete.

Out of hours repairs service

If you need to report an emergency repair when our offices are closed, you can call us on 0300 373 3000 and you will be directed to our out of hours repairs service.  Alternatively, you can call them directly on 020 3701 3589.

Who is responsible for the repair?

As a Network Homes tenant, you are expected to take responsibility for putting right accidental or deliberate damage to your home.
