Are you a Network Homes resident receiving a grounds maintenance or communal cleaning service? If you are, we would like to hear from you.
We’re giving you the opportunity to make your voice heard by taking part in a short survey about the quality of service you receive for the maintenance of communal gardens and the cleaning of communal areas where you live.
Our current contracts for these services are coming to end in summer 2018. In preparation for these changes and to ensure we provide the best services to you, we would like to hear from you. Your feedback is very important to us and will be used to develop the new specification for these services.
By taking part in the survey, you can tell us how satisfied you are with the communal grounds maintenance and cleaning service in your area as well as suggest any improvements we can make to them.
