Network Homes supports Fire Safety Week

Network Homes is pleased to be supporting this year’s Fire Door Safety Week (24 September to 30 September) – a campaign that raises awareness about the critical role of fire doors.

The campaign is run every year by the British Woodworking Federation (BWF), BWF-Certifire scheme, the newly formed BWF Fire Door Alliance and the Fire Door Inspection Scheme (FDIS) and works closely with the Home Office’s National Fire Safety campaign (formerly Fire Kills).

Those residents living in flats are subject to additional safety measures and as part of our fire risk assessments and estate inspections, we inspect all the fire doors in our properties to ensure they are safe and compliant.

Report a faulty fire door

Residents can help us ensure their buildings are safe by telling us if they notice any faults with fire doors by following using the 5 Step Check. You can report faults to us on 0300 373 3000 or by emailing customerservice@networkhomes.org.uk
