Resident portal unavailable 15-16 September
Our resident portal will be unavailable this weekend (Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September) while the system is upgraded. If you need to use the portal soon, please check it by this Friday 14 September or anytime after Monday 17 September.

Need to report a repair?
You can report a non-emergency repair on our website using our online form.
If you need to report an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 373 3000 and you will be put through to our out-of-hours service.
Please note: You won't be able to check the status of a repair you've already raised this weekend - but you can check until Friday, and then again on Monday.
Pay your rent

Please note: You won't be able to see your rent account or payment history on Saturday or Sunday.
