Changes to our door entry service

On 2 September, our door entry contractor Digi Group went into administration. This means they are no longer trading or providing services to us.

What does this mean for your door services now?

We are working to find another contractor to carry out our door entry services in the short term before we sign a new contract.

While we’re getting a short term contractor and when we transfer the service to them, there may been some delays in our door entry service. We’re working closely with our contractors to manage our services and hope that there will be as little disruption as possible.

What does this mean in the long term?

We appointed Digi Group through our procurement process, meaning we invited organisations to bid for our contract to ensure we get the best service and good value for money. We will need to go through this process again – this will take at least six months. We’ll let you know once we have appointed a new contractor.

We’ll make sure they will give us a great service and value for money for our residents.
