Come along to our virtual Resident Pop Up Engagement Event!

During these uncertain times, Coronavirus (COVID-19) has significantly impacted the lives of our residents. Network Homes has worked hard to ensure we continue to deliver essential services for residents including the most vulnerable people during the crisis.

Now it’s time to hear from you! We’ve organised a virtual Pop Up Resident Engagement Event with our Executive Leadership Team which we'll be holding on Microsoft Teams on Thursday 18 June from 6.30pm-7.30pm. We want to hear from residents and find out how you are currently feeling and learn more about any areas where we can offer further support.

Earlier this year in February and March we held Pop Up Engagement Events for all residents where we heard from you about our services and what we can do to improve them to help you. We’ve now launched a new strategic objective: strengthening residents' trust in us as part of our pledge and ongoing commitment to delivering greater transparency, continually improving communications and offering a wide range of opportunities for residents. So, we thought given the current climate now is the perfect opportunity to kick off the first in a series of virtual resident engagement events!

What you need to know

  • The first virtual pop-up event will be held on Thursday 18 June from 6.30pm -7.30pm.
  • This event will be streamed live, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet our Executive Leadership Team who’ll introduce themselves and discuss their role within the organisation.
  • The event will be held on Microsoft Teams, an easy to use communication platform. You can join the event via a link using any digital device, e.g. laptop, PC, tablet or mobile phone. If you're using a mobile phone, you may need to download the free Microsoft Teams app from your App store.

During the live event, we’ll open up the ability for you to ask questions via a chat function on Teams!

Please be aware the live event on Teams will be recorded to support note taking and the video will be made available to view for residents who are unable to attend. Attendees won’t be visible in the recording!
