Come and talk to us about making your community a better place to live
We’re launching a new resident engagement programme and we’d love you to get involved. Come along and talk to us at one of our pop up engagement events about how, together, we can make your community a better place to live. We’ll be holding these events local to you throughout February and March where we’re looking forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions. With your views, ideas and experience as a local resident, you can help us make things better in your community.
There are eight different ways for you to get involved with us. Whether you can spare a few hours a week or just an hour a month, there’s something to suit you. You might fancy doing some mystery shopping, inspecting our services or simply want to give us your views. Whatever you choose, we’ll give you the training and support to help you do the role.
Why should I come to a pop up engagement event?
You'll get to speak with people from our Resident Engagement Team about our new programme of activities and put your name down for the ones that interest you the most. They’ll also be there for you to discuss with them any suggestions you may have to make your community a better place to live.
You'll also get to meet people from our repairs, housing, income and communications teams, giving you the chance to speak with us about what really matters to you.
In addition, not only will you get a chance to find out more about our services, it’s also a great opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to also get to know some of your neighbours.
It’s a family event and we’ll have few activities ready to keep the young ones entertained while you speak with and get to know our teams.
Update: 16 March 2020
Our remaining pop up events have been postponed until further notice due to the outbreak of coronavirus. You can still find out more about how you can get involved by visiting our Get Involved section.
