Residents Meetings - Virtual Resident Engagement Events

As part of our virtual Resident Engagement schedule of events we’re launching our Residents Meetings. We want to hear from residents within our schemes and find out how you are currently feeling during the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and learn more about any areas where our teams across the business can offer further support.
Before COVID-19 we held residents’ meetings at some of our larger schemes across London, but these meetings were temporarily put on hold during lockdown. With restrictions eased now is a great opportunity to launch our virtual Residents Meetings and hear from you directly!
We’ve decided to host these meetings virtually on Microsoft Teams to help you stay connected with us and your local community during the ongoing Pandemic. These meetings will be hosted by our London Neighbourhood Management, Asset Management or Leasehold teams (if the scheme is mixed tenure).
Dates for local Residents Meetings
Our first set of Residents Meetings will be held throughout September:
- Garden Road – Tuesday 15 September from 6pm to 7pm
- Vantage Point – Wednesday 16 September from 6pm to 7pm
- Cabinet Court – Wednesday 23 September from 6pm to 7pm
- Quayside – Wednesday 30 September from 6pm to 7pm
Please remember these Resident Meetings can only be attended by residents who live in each individual scheme!

Join our Residents Meetings
If you live at one of the schemes where we will be hosting your Residents Meeting on Microsoft Teams, look out for posters in your communal areas about it. If we have a mobile number for you, we'll text you the link with the joining instructions before the meeting.

*We use Teams rather than Zoom as we have robust security measures in place as our corporate platform which will also help keep residents' details safe.
