The Strength of Your Voice - Online Resident Event

18 November 2020

We’re hosting our last online resident event for the year and this time we’re focussing on transparency and the resident voice within Network Homes.

The event will be an opportunity for you to hear from Bernadette Conroy, Chair of Network Homes’ Board, and members of our Executive Leadership Team discussing the key things that we want to improve and how we feel a strong resident voice can support this.

It will also be an opportunity for you to tell us:

  • What does resident engagement mean to you?
  • How can we achieve maximum impact through resident engagement throughout our organisation?
  • We have roughly 20,000 residents but only 70 involved residents. What do you think is stopping residents getting involved in service improvements and what do you think we need to work on to change this and remove the barrier for some people?

To become a #residentforchange, see the opportunities available for you to get involved.

Date and Time of Meeting

Tuesday 1 December 2020 from 6.30PM to 7.30PM

To receive a link to the event please register your attendance by Thursday 26 November at 5PM using the online registration form.

Preparation

To access the event, we suggest you either download the Teams app on desktop, tablets or mobile devices or join via the Teams web version instead using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

You can download it for free here: Microsoft Teams Download

In preparation for this virtual residents meeting checkout a guide on how you can join a Microsoft Teams meeting here: How to Join a Teams meeting

If you are unfamiliar with Teams, we've also included guidance to support you while within teams and the general housekeeping information.

*We use Teams rather than Zoom as we have robust security measures in place which will also help keep residents' details safe.
