Tower Road – Virtual Pop Up Resident Engagement Event

Our Resident Engagement Team has now put together a new schedule of Virtual Pop Up Events. We’ll be kicking off with events for Hertford, as the face to face events were postponed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and subsequent lockdown. The virtual events will be held on Microsoft Teams, all you’ll need is internet access and email an email address to attend.
Our first virtual Pop Up Resident Engagement Event will be held at Tower Road in Hertford on Tuesday 11 August from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. The event will take place on Microsoft Teams and is specifically for residents in Tower Road to attend. Please come along and meet our Resident Engagement team and speak to some of your neighbours!
The virtual events will be organised in a similar way to the face to face events, so we’ll be using them as a chance to get to know you better. Teams from across the organisation will also be in attendance to help answer any questions regarding your home and tenancy.
During the event, a number of virtual Teams meeting rooms will available for residents to join where you’ll have the opportunity to speak to some of Network Homes’ teams including:
- Resident Engagement and Marketing & Communications
- Asset Management
- Neighbourhood Management
Just let us know which team you’d like to speak to on the pre-registration form and you’ll be sent all the instructions on Tuesday afternoon.

To attend you’ll need to register by completing our form below. You’ll be sent an email with joining instructions and Teams meeting links to each virtual room where you’ll be given a slot to speak with one of our teams if you have a specific query.

The deadline to register your attendance for the event is on Tuesday 11 August by 4pm. If you want to attend after the deadline please email Get.Involved@networkhomes.org.uk and we'll send through all the relevant instructions.
If you have any issues connecting to Teams on the day of the event we’ll be on hand to help you! Please complete the form below and a member of Network Homes staff will assist with your query and help you join the event.
To access the live events all attendees we suggest you either download the Teams app on desktop, tablets or mobile devices or join via the Teams web version instead using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
