Understanding our customers is important to us at Network Homes. It helps us to shape and improve our services.
To do this we need to regularly update the information we hold about our residents and we’re asking you for help.
We’ve developed an online form so you can update your own details quickly and easily.
Network Homes’ customers will shortly receive a text message containing a link to the web form and it can also be accessed below.
You will be asked 16 questions. It takes between 5 and 10 minutes and as a thank you we’ll enter you in a prize draw to win a weekend away or £250 in shopping vouchers!
