Network Homes was named Landlord of the Year (Registered Social) at last night’s RESI awards in central London.
The Landlord of the Year (Registered Social) award is presented to the organisation that has demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, vision and boldness in the residential property market. The judges were impressed with Network Homes’ excellent levels of growth and called it a “breath-taking year” for the housing association.
It’s the 15th major industry award Network Homes has picked up in as many months, and comes a year after we successfully amalgamated the former federal group structure into one housing association, rebranding as Network Homes, and posted a record net surplus of £103million. Other highlights included increasing its portfolio by 6.3%, boosting customer satisfaction to over 80%, and increasing turnover by 64%.
This latest accolade follows Network Homes being named Housing Association of the Year at the What House? Awards in November and Overall Winner at the National Housing Awards in September.
Helen Evans, Chief Executive of Network Homes, said: “A year ago we completed the amalgamation of our group structure and rebranded as Network Homes. This award is testament to the incredible hard work that went into making that happen while still delivering exceptional results. It also reflects our status as an organisation with the passion, people and skills to deliver brilliant homes and services.”
The RESI Awards, organised by Property Week Magazine, are one of the most prestigious awards events in the housing industry calendar, attracting high quality entries from across the entire housing market and all major private and housing association developers.
