Would you like to have a 1-2-1 chat with a member of staff about your home or tenancy?

We know that its been a tough time with the COVID-19 pandemic having a big impact on us all. We’re here to support you through this difficult period and although we're unable to see you face to face, we're offering 20-minute appointments for residents who wish to speak to staff from a variety of different teams.

They will be on hand to help answer any questions regarding your home and tenancy. The teams you can speak to via booking an appointment slot include:

  • Neighbourhood Management 
  • Leasehold and Service Charge  
  • Repairs 
  • Welfare 
  • The Resident Engagement Team- to find out about involvement opportunities that you can do from home

You can decide how you wish to be contacted, this may be by text message, telephone, an online meeting via Microsoft Teams or email. You can also decide a time that is convenient for you.
