IMPORTANT UPDATE: Our Facebook accounts for Network Homes and Network Homes sales have been compromised. We’re doing everything we can to liaise with Facebook and resolve this issue. Until then, please do not use our Facebook accounts to contact us and ignore any messages or post you may have received from our Facebook accounts from Thursday 28 September.

Group disorder and rough sleeping

Group disorder includes groups of people whose actions are causing criminal damage or threatening or intimidating residents. Where groups of people gather to meet and socialise but are not causing criminal damage, we would not routinely respond.

Rough sleeping includes people who are sleeping in places that are not intended for living.

If the associated behaviour is of a criminal nature you need to report this to the Police immediately, you must also let them know if you are concerned about your safety.

Once you have reported it to the Police, please contact us or complete our online ASB fom with the incident report number and the officer’s name so we can make contact with them, work with them and agree the next steps with you and the Police.

If the behaviour has been on-going, please complete our incident log sheets with dates and times of the incidents and send these to us. You can do this by hand or by post, but it may be quicker to do this electronically and attach them when completing the online ASB form.

Reporting someone who is sleeping rough

If you are concerned about someone over the age of 18 that you have seen sleeping rough, you can use the Street Link website (www.streetlink.london) to send an alert to StreetLink. The details you provide will be reviewed by the StreetLink team who will look at the information you provide and make a judgement as to whether the alert is suitable to be sent to the local street outreach for the area in which you have seen the person, to help them find the individual and connect them to support.

It is important to note that if you think the person you are concerned about is under 18 please do not contact StreetLink but instead call the police.

You can find out more about Street Link on their website at www.streetlink.london.
