Everyone has a different tolerance level when it comes to noise. If your local authority has determined there is no ‘statutory noise nuisance’ but the noise persists* we will investigate it further provided we have received a minimum of two weeks completed incident log sheets. Please do not ask us to intervene unless you have this evidence. If you have genuine difficulties in completing the log sheet please contact us on 0300 373 3000.
