Changes to our door entry service contractor

07 October 2019

Our access control and security contractor Digi Group sadly went into administration in September, which means they're no longer providing our door entry service. Since then Oakray have been providing interim support. We're pleased to announce that we've awarded Oakray with a 12 month contract to cover this service while we find a permanent contrator. We’re working closely with Oakray to manage our services and hope that there will be as little disruption as possible.

What does this mean in the long term?

We appointed Digi Group through our procurement process, meaning we invited organisations to bid for our contract to ensure we get the best service and good value for money. We'll need to go through this process again which will take at least six months to complete. Once we've completed this process, we'll let our residents know the contractor we've chosen to provide this service. We’ll make sure they will give us a great service and value for money for our residents.

What's next?

We will be contacting our residents to let them know that they should contact our customer contact centre if they have any outstanding repairs. You can contact us on 0300 373 3000, by email to customerservice@networkhomes.org.uk, or complete out contact us form on the contact us page.
