Network Homes scoops Gold Award for ‘Best Contact Centre Workplace’

The judges called to say the Network Homes is home to the ‘Best Contact Centre Workplace’. We scooped the Gold Award at the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) awards held on Friday 25 October beating four other finalists.

That wasn’t the only trophy of the night though as we also won the Bronze Award for “Best Improvement Strategy 2019”. Overall judges praised our Contact Centre for being ‘authentic’ and that the award was the ‘easiest decision’.

The gongs are the latest in a long list of accolades for Network Homes. In September our Community Engagement Officer, Shauna Hutchinson, won 24 Housing magazine’s Young Leaders competition and we’ve scooped wins at the National Housing Awards, the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards, HR Excellence Housing Heroes Awards.
