Network celebrates transformational rebrand

22 June 2016

We officially launched our new brand and strategy for the future at an event with partners and key stakeholders in central London last night (Tuesday 21 June).

Network amalgamated its previous four operating housing associations in April, and the new brand and strategy is a reflection of Network’s increased financial strength, development expertise, and rapidly improving customer services.

Network Homes will post an unprecedented net surplus of over £100m for 2015/16, which it plans to reinvest to keep improving services and delivering more new homes each year.

Operating as a single housing association will allow Network Homes, which built 945 new homes last year, to deliver stronger value for money and better, more consistent services to its customers.

Helen Evans, chief executive of Network Homes, said “Our bold new brand is the visual expression of the confidence we feel in our ability to make a big contribution to meeting housing need and delivering great services for our 50,000 customers. We have set ourselves ambitious targets for the next five years across every area of our business.

“Network Homes is a people business. Our new strapline ‘Because good homes make everything possible’ perfectly encapsulates that. We are about opening up possibilities for as many people as we can by providing stability, security and support to allow them to live the best life they can.”

Over 100 guests including local authority partners, senior civil servants, developer and contractor partners, and past and present board members attended the event at OXO2 on the Southbank.

Helen Evans also took the opportunity to publicly thank the outgoing Chair of the Network Board, Andy Watson, for his tremendous service and leadership as Chair over the last seven years and his over 20 year commitment to Network.
