Network Homes signs Catalyst and Richmond Housing Partnership to bespoke legal services framework

21 June 2019

Award-winning London based housing association Network Homes has signed up Catalyst and Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) to its first legal services framework.

Sharing the framework with other social housing providers across the sector enables efficient and improved provision of legal services to housing associations, with the framework offering access to specialist solicitors at competitive fixed and hourly rates.

The framework, which runs until 2022, has a pool of eight solicitors:

  • Bevan Brittan
  • Capsticks Solicitors
  • Clarke Willmott
  • Devonshires Solicitors
  • Pennington Manches
  • TLT
  • Trowers & Hamlins
  • Winckworth Sherwood.

Catalyst and RHP will have access to legal support in all areas that social housing providers could require, including Corporate, Governance and Finance; Housing and Asset Management; and Property and Development.

The framework is open for other housing associations to sign up to – providers should get in touch with Network Homes for more information.

We’re pleased to welcome Catalyst and RHP as the first housing association colleagues in the sector to sign up to our legal framework.  This will allow best practice to be shared and will see efficiencies made across all our organisations.

Tabitha Kassem, Director of Governance, Compliance and Legal at Network Homes

Executive Director of Finance at RHP, Corinna Bishopp, said: “We’re delighted to have joined the Network Homes Legal Services Framework and to be in such great company. We are excited about collaboration and sharing of best practice across sector and are looking forward to working with Network Homes on this great framework as part of our continual improvement in procurement practice.”

Sophie Atkinson, Director of Governance and Compliance at Catalyst said: “Having access to this new legal framework will help Catalyst do more, ensure we get better value for money and deliver better services for our all our customers across London and the south east.”
