Network Homes' Customer Contact Centre named in UK top 10 in major industry awards

We celebrated success last night (18 May 2016) at the UK National Contact Centre Awards.

Yvonne Salvin, Complaints Manager at Network Homes, won the bronze award for Customer Relations Manager of the Year.

Yvonne joined Network Homes in February 2015 tasked with improving the company's performance on complaints. In just 12 months, Yvonne has led her team to reduce the number of open complaints by over 60% and bring the number of outstanding complex complaints down by 85%.

Network Homes was also named in the Judges' Top 10 UK Contact Centre Teams.

Helen Evans, Chief Executive of Network Homes, said: "This is a fantastic achievement and I’m very proud of how far we have come in our customer service journey. Our ambition is to achieve 90% customer satisfaction and with such a professional and dedicated team, I am confident that we will continue to provide an improving and excellent service to our customers.

"To have four members of staff shortlisted in these awards is testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at Network Homes."

The UK National Contact Centre Awards are now in their 21st year and recognise the individuals in the contact centre industry who are role models and working to make their call centres professional and industry leading. The awards ceremony held at The Brewery in London, was attended by over 700 people.
