Network Homes announces second legal services framework

20 September 2022

We have launched our second bespoke legal services framework which allows us to access specialised legal services at competitive fixed and hourly rates. The new framework replaces the previous panel and came into effect on 1 September and will run for four years until 2026.

Seven law firms will advise us in areas such as corporate services, governance, finance, housing management, asset management, property and development:

  • Bevan Brittan LLP
  • Capsticks Solicitors LLP
  • Devonshires Solicitors LLP
  • Penningtons Manches LLP
  • TLT LLP
  • Trowers & Hamlins LLP
  • Winckworth Sherwood LLP

The procurement process was based on assessment criteria that recognised both price and quality. The chosen firms demonstrated that they will be able to provide us with high quality professional legal services, across all areas of operation. They have also agreed to support the organisation’s corporate social responsibility aims by providing placements, mentoring, workshops, and careers training and guidance to our employees and residents.

We are pleased to announce the panel on our second legal services framework. These firms will help us achieve our strategic objectives by providing high quality advice and support in a number of key areas. We look forward to working with them in the coming years in what is an ever-changing social housing landscape. We hope to once again share our framework with other housing providers.
