SNG launches £350,000 fund for community and voluntary organisations

07 November 2023

We value the important role that community and voluntary organisations have in delivering key services to our communities, so we’ve teamed up with Crowdfunder to offer £350,000 in funding to support projects benefiting SNG communities. Our Thriving Communities fund aims to support not-for-profit groups and organisations that can clearly demonstrate how their services and projects help deliver cohesive, sustainable, resilient communities. If your project or service is benefitting SNG communities and customers, we want to hear from you!

There is up to £10,000 available per organisation so if your community project or services is delivering social action and helping people to thrive does, apply today and you could receive an extra cash injection alongside what you raise on Crowdfunder! Funding is available for projects that support SNG customers and communities around these key areas:

  • youth
  • health and well-being
  • ageing-well
  • social inclusion and isolation (including equality, diversity and inclusion)
  • environment and place
  • customer voice
  • employment support
  • food insecurity
  • digital inclusion and skills
  • money matters and debt.

Find out more about the fund and how to apply by clicking here or the button below.
