Coronavirus Disclaimer:Please be advised that for the immediate future we will be collecting data about your health status in regards to the coronavirus as we have a public duty to ensure we contain/delay the spread of the virus. We will store this data on our housing system and keep it for a period of six months after the UK government has declared the pandemic is over. We will only share this data with the government or our contractors if it is necessary to do so.
If you are intending on exercising your right of access to your data, please can we ask that, wherever possible, you can do this by completing the online form or calling the DPO direct line on 07775117210 with you request. Given that we can’t guarantee that our offices will be open, we will only be able to issue your data electronically. We apologise any inconvenience that this may cause you and we are happy to work with you on a case by case basis, to provide with a tailored service. Please be advised that the team are incredibly busy at present and that although we will always work to the one calendar month deadline, you may experience delays in receiving your data.
