Reception open for appointments only
Our receptions at The Hive in Wembley and Ware Road in Hertford are open for appointments only. Many of our teams are not based in the office and are usually out visiting schemes, therefore they may not be available at the office unless you have scheduled an appointment to meet with them. You can also text us on 07908 670 571 and your text will be actioned within 48 hours, Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm.*
Outside of these hours, if you are a resident and you have an emergency repair, you can call our out of hours repairs service through our contact centre number 0300 373 3000.

Our Facebook accounts for Network Homes and Network Homes sales have been compromised. We’re doing everything we can to liaise with Facebook and resolve this issue.
