Quayside House podium meeting

As you will know, there has been ongoing work to the waterproofing of the podium at Quayside House. As this work is still ongoing, we want to update you on the latest developments, so we’re hosting an online meeting on Tuesday 12 March 2024 from 6pm to 7:30pm to discuss this with you. We’ll be sharing more about the podium waterproofing project and our programme to tackle the water ingress issues across the high-level balconies.  

This meeting will be chaired by Patrick Flynn, our Director of Compliance and Planned Works and will be attended by our contractors TCL and Pellings.
