Problems with our phone lines

Due to our contact centre currently working remotely we’re experiencing some technical issues that may affect the quality of the telephone line. We’re working hard to fix this and we thank you for your patience and understanding. You can still complete our contact us form or email us if you need to get in touch with us.

Do you have HART?

We're looking for HART!

We want people who are full of HART to work with us. Our HART behaviours are designed to guide how we work, every day, by being Hungry, Accountable, Respectful and Together. We're a Sunday Times Top 100 Not-for-Profit Company to Work For, but that doesn't mean we'll stop there. We want to make Network Homes a great place to work and a great organisation that really delivers for its customers. This is what HART is all about.

If you have HART, make sure you show us when you apply for one of our roles.

Become an expert in delivering first class customer service

To help develop our HART behaviours we run training seminars to help you deliver the best possible customer service through mindset, language and actions. This is based on the work of Mary Gober International - an expert in the field of employee engagement, business relations and customer satisfaction. The Mary Gober approach provides a proven template and tools, allowing staff to notice a positive change in the impact of their communication.

To me, HART is about supporting my colleagues to make their work life easier, about giving great customer service to our residents and about helping me to push myself and improve every day!
