Result of recent energy assessment of your home

As you will know, we recently completed an energy assessment on your home. The assessment aimed to help us better understand how well your insulation and heat systems are working and how well draughts are controlled. We are pleased to let you know that this assessment identified that your home has an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) of band C or above. This means your home has good energy efficiency and so it is well-equipped to keep warmth in during colder months. You can find out the specific EPC band that your home was graded, along with more detail on what this means, by searching for your postcode on the government website: www.gov.uk/find-energy-certificate

What happens next?

As our assessment has recognised that your home is already performing well and staying warm when it’s cold outside, energy improvement work is not needed on your home.

If you would like to know more information on how you can reduce your home’s environmental impact and potentially save money on your energy bills, please visit our page of energy saving tips.

If you have any questions about your assessment, please contact our Sustainability team by emailing SSAM@networkhomes.org.uk or by contacting us.
