How we're regulated

We welcome regulation as a useful discipline. A strong regulatory rating gives comfort to our lenders, business partners and customers.

Regulator of Social Housing

Like all housing associations, Network Homes is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.

The regulator sets standards that we are expected to meet. The standards focus particularly on the quality of our governance and on our financial viability. The regulator carries out annual assessments and other rigorous assessments of how we are managing our business. This includes checking our levels of financial risk, our rent setting and other key procedures and controls, and whether we are delivering value for money.

Network Homes currently holds the highest rating possible for our governance and has a V2 rating for financial viability.

This means that in the Regulator's opinion, we manage our business well and are in a strong position financially
