Four Million Homes

Access free guidance and training on resident rights and how to stand up for them.

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities has launched a programme called Four Million Homes and it’s set up to support all social housing residents to know their rights and be empowered to effectively challenge their landlords to tackle issues relevant to social housing.
The scheme will advise and support you on all manner of issues related to your home. Such as repairs, anti-social behaviour, rent & service charge. There is lots of advice on how social landlords can help you, what their responsibilities to you, as a resident, are and what your responsibilities as a resident are.

There will be some training courses from April 2024 located in London and various other cities in the UK. All training events are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing on completion. All training sessions are free for residents and some of them are online, so can be done anywhere!
See four Millions Homes' website here to find out more and book onto any training opportunities or webinars.
