Every year we publish an annual report to residents, where you'll be able to find out how we did against our targets as well as our performance and achievements over each financial year.

Most recent report

The annual report to residents 2021/22 is our most recent published report covering the financial year April 2021 to March 2022.

Some of the key highlights include:

  • 100% of homes we manage have a valid gas safety certificate, for the third year running
  • We started work on building 511 new affordable homes and completed 232 brand new homes
  • We focussed our attention on reducing residents’ dissatisfaction with our overall service to 10%, and met this target.

We will continue to build on these successes for the year ahead. There were some challenging aspects too. Overall satisfaction with our service fell to 85.4% against our target of 90%, and 77% enquiries were resolved at first contact, against a target of 85%. We’re closely examining the reasons for this so we can put measures in place to improve these services and achieve or exceed our performance targets for them.
