Pest control

Keeping communal areas clear and disposing of waste responsibly will help to limit the chances of pest infestation in your home and in communal areas.

Pest control problems in communal areas

It's important you report to us any pest problems you notice in communal areas by emailing us on customerservice@networkhomes.org.uk, completing our online contact us form, or calling us on 0300 373 3000. We have pest control programmes in place to deal with specific pests in communal areas.

Pest control problems in your home

Network Homes is not responsible for pests within your own home unless there is an infestation in several connected properties of a flat block or estate, or an infestation in a communal area. You can get help from the local council (through the environmental health departments) if you have a pest control problem inside your home. We have also negotiated preferential rates for our customers with our pest control contractor. Please contact our Customer Service Centre for more information.
