My building - FRAs, documents and newsletters

To find the fire risk assessment (FRA), estate newsletter, letters or updates for your building or block, follow these steps:

  1. In the Search term box, type any part of your address, e.g. the first line of your address or the first half of your postcode.
  2. In the Filter category box select the type of document you're looking for which will be either:
    - Your home - Fire Risk Assessment for the FRA for your block.
    - Your home - building safety update for any updates regarding building safety for your block.
    - Your home - EWS1 form for the External Wall System form for your block.
    - Your home - Estate updates for your estate newsletter and letters for residents.
  3. Then select the Search button.
  4. Depending on the filter category you selected, you'll see the relevant documents in the list below for the block address you searched for.  The most recent document will be listed first. If there is no document listed, then we do not have any published, in that category, on the website at this moment for the address you are looking for.
