Network Homes staff nominated for national contact centre awards!

We are delighted to say that four of our staff have been shortlisted for the UK National Contact Centre Awards.

Our finalists are:

  • Angie Foley - Team Leader of the Year 
  • Denise Manmohansingh - Learning and Development Champion
  • Yvonne Salvin - Customer Relations/ Complaints Manager of the Year
  • Heather Wilson - Business Improvements Manager of the Year 

These awards are some of the most high profile call centre awards in the calendar.

Entries are of a very high standard and last year's winners included the likes of Barclays, Sky, Direct Line and British Gas.

Sarah Williams, Head of Customer Services at Network Homes, said: "I was delighted that they were shortlisted for the judging stage. We are all beyond excited that they have reached the final. I am really proud of the team's achievement. It's so exciting that they have received this recognition!"

Award winners are announced at the Gala Dinner on 18 May at The Brewery, London. We have our fingers crossed!
