Network Homes to deliver 99 affordable homes in Hayes

We've exchanged contracts to build 99 much needed affordable homes on former industrial land in Hayes, West London.
A mixture of one, two-and three-bedroom apartments will be built on the site of former Chailey Industrial Estate in Pump Lane as part of Section 106 deal with developer Fairview. In total there will be, 33 homes for London Living Rent, allowing tenants to save to buy shares in their homes, 23 for London Affordable Rent and the remainder (43 homes) for Shared Ownership.
The development is close to Hayes town centre and 10 minutes from Hayes and Harlington railway station with direct services to Paddington and Heathrow Airport.
The new homes should ready to welcome new residents in stages from Summer 2022 to Summer 2024.
