Network Homes strikes gold for homebuyer customer satisfaction

Network Homes is proud to have won a Gold Award for our customer satisfaction among homebuyers.

A survey by In-House Research, a specialist consultancy, found that 96 per cent of people who bought our properties would recommend us to other customers. A 'Gold Award' is is given to any business able to achieve a customer recommendation score of 90% or above.

The In-House Research Awards are based purely on customer feedback and they judged that Network Homes ‘demonstrates a clear understanding of the customer journey and recognises your continued focus on the delivery of a fantastic customer experience.’
