Influence the services you receive from us

16 December 2020

Here at Network Homes the voice of residents is highly important to us. The services we provide are influenced by the involved residents who work with us…but we want to go further. We used to have residents on procurement panels, and this is something we are keen to get up and running again. If you’re interested in being part of the panel, we’ll be holding a briefing session about the procurement process, what it is and how you can get involved on 4 February from 10am to 11.30am. You’ll have to register by 28 January to attend this briefing

Procurement panels are a robust and effective way of shaping the services of contractors we work. As a resident you receive these services therefore your feedback and opinions about them are valuable.  As well as this being able to influence services you receive in the future, as part of the procurement panel, you will also have an opportunity to have your say on the services you’ve received so far.

How will I know what I need to do on the panel?

We know that being on a procurement panel can be overwhelming, so our Procurement Team are holding a briefing session for residents interested in joining the panel. They’ll cover everything you’ll need to know about the procurement process, what you’ll need to do, and how your contribution will help, to ensure that you are informed, happy and confident to take part.

Where and when is the briefing?

The briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams on 4 February from 10am to 11.30am. You will need to register by 28 January to attend the briefing. We’ll send the joining instructions to everyone who has registered a few days before the session.

Register your place for the procurement briefing session!
