Our five day response policy

At Network Homes we aim to provide a high level of service to our residents and believe that all our customers have the right to know what they can expect from us.

We respond to emails sent to customerservice@networkhomes.org.uk within five working days. If the nature of your enquiry requires longer than five days for a member of the customer service team to get back to you, we will inform you of the extended response period.

If your request is an emergency and needs to be responded to sooner than within the five days, please call through to the Customer Services department on 0300 373 3000.
