Annual report to residents 2021/22 out now!

We've just published our latest annual report to residents which looks at how we’ve performed against our targets, as well as our achievements over the last financial year from April 2021 to March 2022.

Some of the key highlights include:

  • 100% of homes we manage have a valid gas safety certificate, for the third year running
  • Starting 511 new affordable homes and completing 232 brand new homes
  • Focussing our attention on reducing residents’ dissatisfaction with our overall service to 10%, and meeting this target.

We will continue to build on these successes for the year ahead. There were some challenging aspects too. Overall satisfaction with our service fell to 85.4% against our target of 90%, and 77% enquiries were resolved at first contact, against a target of 85%. We’re closely examining the reasons for this so we can put measures in place to improve these services and achieve or exceed our performance targets for them.
