WATCH - Helen's Vlog from January 2021 Board Meeting

On Thursday 21 January, our Board held their first meeting for the year where they discussed a range of topics. Helen Evans, Chief Executive, captures the key points from the meeting which she shares in her latest vlog.

The main topics discussed at the meeting include:

  • Business transformation programme - The investment we've made in our technology and improving online services for residents.
  • Leasehold management fee - Review of our leasehold management fee which includes a change in the fee we charge to leaseholders. We will contact all leaseholders with further details about the changes to their management fee and how it affects them.
  • Under-occupancy - If we should invest further resources into tackling under-occupancy.
